1. Subject of Services

tinyintranet provides software solutions for structuring secure internal communication networks, training on information flow management, corporate data security auditing, and digital collaboration optimization. Services are intended exclusively for small businesses and startups.

2. User Rights and Obligations

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Any attempt at unauthorized access or disruption of network operation is prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

tinyintranet assumes no liability for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by force majeure, actions of third parties, or improper use of the platform. Services are provided "as is," without express or implied warranties.

4. Conditions for Termination of Use

tinyintranet reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in case of breach of terms, non-payment for services, or abusive behavior. The user may request termination of the contract with a 30-day notice.

5. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified 15 days before the changes take effect, via email or through the platform. Continued use after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
